Report on an Ordinance

intituled An Ordinance to amend the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, and for purposes connected therewith.

The object of this ordinance is to introduce into the Colony

certain provisions of the Trading with the Enemy Amendment Act, 19.

Sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 1 are founded on section.
